Hello Ladies!
Hi! My name is Leigh-Ann DeGagne. I’d like to invite you to a Women’s Bible Study Group called “Soar” that meets every Wednesday morning at 9:25 AM at Church of the Rock – Winnipeg South Campus (1397 Buffalo Pl) until June 26. We will resume again in Fall.
Soar is an opportunity to fellowship and dive into God’s Word.
The mission of Soar is to equip, empower and encourage women so that we all can soar – soar above our circumstances; soar above the storms of life; soar into all that God has called us into.
Being married for 30 years and a mother of three amazing kids, life has been and can be challenging at times. Learning to lean on the Word and friends during these seasons of life has helped! Soar will be an opportunity to be real, dig into God’s Word and help one another navigate whatever path we are on.
Our family has attended Church of the Rock for almost 20 years! I’ve been involved with the Prayer Ministry, Marriage Ministry and Women’s Ministry. My first time as a leader was with WOW almost 15 years ago! Back then, it was called Coffee Break for Moms (yes, I know, I’m dating myself!).
I hope you’ll be able to join us on Wednesdays as we dig into various topics and discuss ways that we can apply them into our lives. Feel free to invite your friends. All women 18 and older are welcome to attend in person.
