Booking Instructions for Camp Accommodations & Meal Plan

We are excited to offer an online booking portal for reserving accommodations and meal plans for Church Camp.

Booking Instructions

1. CREATE AN ACCOUNT at the Church Camp booking site.

*Hint – it will save you time at check out if you do this before you add items to your cart!

• Add church-of-the-rock@mail.booqable.com as a contact in your email program
• Go to the Sign In/Sign Up page

• Enter name, email, password, accept the terms, and click Sign Up.
• Confirm your account via your confirmation email. If you don’t receive the email, check your junk, spam, or other subfolders.
• If you have a booking in your cart already, click on ‘Click here to return to your cart’ or click on the Church Camp logo to return to shopping and then click on the cart to check out.

Now you’re ready to proceed with your booking options.

2. CHOOSE THE RENTAL DURATION

• 4 days = 3 nights, Wednesday to Saturday
• 3 days = 2 nights, Wednesday to Friday OR Thursday to Saturday
• 2 days = 1 night, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday night

3. CHOOSE CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT DATES

• Click on Check In date to select the day you will arrive at camp.
• Your Check Out date will automatically populate based on the number of days/nights you selected.

4. SELECT FROM AVAILABLE ACCOMMODATIONS/MEAL PLANS

• To narrow down your search, click on a category. Both the Cabin and Motel categories can be further sorted for kitchen and bathroom options by clicking on the + (plus sign).

• Choose your accommodations and/or meal plan preference and add to your cart by clicking on the yellow cart symbol for each item.

5. CHECK OUT

• When finished adding your items, click on the cart symbol in the upper right-hand corner of the page. This will bring you to the checkout page.
• Confirm all details are correct (accommodations, dates, how many meal plans etc.)
• Click the yellow Checkout button (click Continue shopping to add more items).

• Sign in using the email and password you created in step one.
• Fill out your address, phone, names of people staying with you, and names for the meal plan(s) if purchased. Please include ages for children and youth.  Accept the Terms and click Continue to payment.

TIP: check the box for “Save address for next time”

• Enter credit card information and click Pay.

Please note – your accommodation is not reserved until you have finalized your payment.
