The Leadership Pipeline program happens throughout the ministry year (November-June) and includes:
- Large group teaching modules
- Small group discussions
- Input from a mentor
- Assigned reading/videos, etc.
- Serving in ministry
Leadership Pipeline Schedule for 2026-2027
Accepted applicants will need to be available to attend the following meeting dates as well as be committed to serving in some ministry capacity throughout the program. (All dates noted below are TUESDAYS at 7:00 PM)
- OCT 27 – Teaching Booster
- NOV 24 – Mentor Booster
- JAN 19 – Teaching Booster
- FEB 16 – Mentor Booster
- MAR 16 – Teaching Booster
- APR 13 – Mentor Booste
