At the end of September, we are sending a team to Uganda.  One of the places the team will visit is Loving Hearts Baby Home.  
This is an orphanage where abandoned babies are rescued, nursed back to health and eventually placed in a home.  

Finances are always a struggle for this orphanage.  On our last few trips to Uganda, we have been able to help by providing almost a years supply of diapers on each visit.

2. Choose “Missions Int’l Project Donation” category and the project name: “Africa Diaper Project” and then input your amount.

All donations over $20 will be eligible for a tax receipt issued in February 2027. Any excess funds will be used at the discretion of Church of the Rock for similar purposes.

Mission trips are unique times abroad where teams learn about themselves and how to serve others.

In Uganda, years of hardship have prepared the people to receive the truth of Jesus Christ. Our goal is to share the Gospel through both words and action as we open medical clinics in rural areas where treatable illnesses go untreated due to lack of care.

Since funds for rural clinics are scarce, these would not happen without teams like ours. We will also visit other projects we support, such as the orphanage and baby home.
